China is to provide one-off subsidies to crop-growing farmers with the aim of boosting grain production, according to the Ministry of Finance.

据财政部消息，中央财政日前向实际种粮农民发放一次性补贴，统筹支持春耕生产。

The central government has issued a 10 billion yuan fund for granting one-off subsidies to crop-growing farmers in light of the costs of farming supplies and the agriculture production situation, said the ministry.

财政部表示，统筹考虑农资市场价格走势和农业生产形势，中央财政下达资金100亿元，向实际种粮农民发放一次性补贴。

The subsidies will be provided to actual grain growers, including farmers who grow grain on their own contracted land, big farming households who grow grain via transferred land, family farms, farmers" cooperatives, agricultural enterprises and other new types of agricultural operating entities, as well as individuals and organizations that provide services for grain production.

此次补贴对象为实际种粮者，包括利用自有承包地种粮的农民，流转土地种粮的大户、家庭农场、农民合作社、农业企业等新型农业经营主体，以及开展粮食耕种收全程社会化服务的个人和组织。

The move aims to support spring farming production and further motivate farmers to grow grain, the ministry said, adding that the subsidies should be issued in good time and in full.

此举旨在支持春耕生产，进一步调动农民种粮积极性。各地区应及时足额将补贴资金发放到位。
